Other Areas in Pakistan: 3–6 business days.

Shipping Charges:

Standard Shipping Fee: PKR 300

Free Shipping: On all orders above PKR 4000

Return & Exchange Policy:

We want you to love what you receive. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

You Can Request a Return/Exchange If:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product,

Your product is unopened and in original packaging,

You contact us within 48 hours of delivery,

Returns Not Accepted If:

Product is used or opened.

Return request is made after 48 hours of delivery.

Items were purchased on sale or clearance.

How to Request:

Attach a photo/video proof of the problem.

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.
